Your rights over your data
Six rights, one button each. No letter to write and no explanation to give: you press it and the date is on record. We have one month to answer you, and that month is counted by law, not by us.
Know what we hold about you
We send you everything on your profile, your purchases and your ledger, in a file you can open.
Correct what is wrong
Most of it you can change yourself from your profile. This is for what you cannot change alone.
- Go to account deletion
Erase your account
Your profile stops being visible at once. The final deletion is done by a person, not a program.
Pause processing while it is sorted out
If you think something is wrong, it is frozen instead of erased, so nothing is lost while it is reviewed.
Take your data elsewhere
The same file as the first right, but in a format another site can read.
Object to something specific
For example, to your profile being translated automatically or to appearing in other people’s suggestions.
Decisions about your account
Here are the moderation decisions that affect you: what was decided, why, and whether it was decided by an automated system or by a person. You can appeal each one for six months. Your appeal is always reviewed by a person, different from the one who decided.

Deleting your account
The moment you ask, your profile stops being visible. Nobody can find you or write to you while it is processed.
Two things cannot be erased with the rest: invoices for what you bought, because tax law requires keeping them for four years, and whatever is needed if a report about you is open. None of it ever appears on the site again.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country. In Spain that is the AEPD, and complaining is free.
